Thought Field Therapy

When we view our experiences as a continuous stressful situation, we will operate from a survival level and utilize the rest of the brain from for our survival only. This gives rise to habitual thoughts of negativity, worthlessness, hopelessness, guilt and procrastination. We resist change whilst everything around us continues to change, forcing us increasingly to go with it. This is when stress becomes dis-stress.

Thought field therapy is a technique which helps to eliminate fears, phobias, anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, anger, addictions. It is a technique which is based on the principles of meridians or energy pathways similar to acupuncture but is done without needles. By tapping on different acupuncture points along the energy pathways, the most deep seated negative emotions vanish. TFT was developed by Dr. Roger Callahan, a clinical Psychologist, in USA some 25 years ago.
